Nick Hawley is Founder and Managing Director of Heads UP HR Ltd. Former HR Director at the Channel Tunnel Operator, Eurotunnel and with a HR career spanning 30 years, he is an experienced business professional,coach and Board Director. At ease facilitating workshops, coaching senior leaders,delivering training sessions or partnering MDs and Senior Leaders on their journeys, Nick is also bi-lingual with a BA Hons in French and Management, as well as a Fellow of the CIPD. His experience has been honed across the engineering, manufacturing, building distribution, aerospace, rail and logistcs sectors where change has been constant with such blue chip names as BAe Systems, British Gypsum and Saint-Gobain. All the while, his approach is grounded in a sound, practical and no-nonsense style.

Nick works in collaboration with a number of Associates who operate across the full spevrtum of HR activity with a clear focus on Organisation Development in it's broadest sense. In essence, our flexibility and adaptability ensures we can support clients throughout the full Employment Cycle and offering Harrison Assessments as a core tool for change.
